We, at Simma's, are here to make your wedding dreams come true.

We will work with you to design the perfect wedding cake. We welcome suggestions and encourage you to bring in picture and ideas of your own. While we specialize in cheesecakes we have a number of amazing conventional cakes as well. We can supply you with samples of our cakes with only 48 hours notice.

Some of our more popular cake samples are as follows:

1) Our Classic Cheesecake comes with a chocolate cake base, a thin layer of raspberry filling and covered in our own chocolate ganache.

2) Genoise Cake with Vanilla Mousse and Fresh Strawberries are covered with our White Chocolate Ganache.

3) Marble Cake with a Raspberry Filling contains a thin layer of French Butter cream and topped off with our French buttercream.

4) Marble Cake with Raspberry Mousse is topped off with our French buttercream.

5) Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse is covered with our chocolate ganache.

6) Genoise Cake sprinkled with Irish Cream Liquor contains a thin layer of chocolate ganache, Irish Cream Mousse, and topped off with our chocolate ganache.

7) Genoise Cake with a Raspberry Chambord Liquor Mousse is covered with fresh raspberries covered and our white chocolate ganache.

8) Red Velvet Cake contains a cream cheese filling and is covered with our white chocolate ganache.

• All of our pricing is done per person/slice.
• Delivery and setup in the Milwaukee area is $35.00.
• When ordering a tiered cake to for 100 or more servings the 8" anniversary is complimentary.
